For transfers of personal data out of the EEA or UK, we apply safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). For cross-border transfers of personal information out of China, we follow PIPL requirements, which may include a security assessment, certification, or standard contract, and obtaining your separate consent where required. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, and for the duration of our relationship with you. Where legal obligations or statutory limitation periods require, we may retain data longer and may be unable to delete it on request. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
